It is with immense pain and shock that I am giving this press issue.
I am in Dubai along with my son Shravan Mukesh who is chasing surgery course here. Myself and player Mukesh Madhavan got wed on 02.09.1988 in Kerala. But it came as a impolite shock to me when I came to know from the press and newspapers report that my husband has unlawfully wed Methil Devika day before yesterday in Kerala. Without getting our wedding ceremony legally dissolved, my wed man has wed the said Methil. I am taking care of both my sons Shravan Mukesh who is 24 years vintage and Tejas mukesh who is 20 years vintage who were born out of our wedlock. I did not obtain any court notice for divorce case started by Mukesh to disintegrate our wedding ceremony. After wedding ceremony, Mukesh did not permit me to proceed even in decent effective roles in videos due to which I lost many good possibilities. furthermore Mukesh treated me with cruelty and caused tremendous physical and mental agony by his indecent and irresponsible behaviour and was also an alcoholic.This had an adverse influence on our young kids and therefore in the year 2007 I applied for end marriage under Sec. 13(1) and 13(i-a) of the Hindu wedding ceremony proceed before the Family Court at Chennai searching for dissolution of our marriage and for alimony. However, Mukesh denied to disintegrate the marriage and also contested the matter in the court. subsequent Mukesh himself pleaded to me for a end marriage on mutual consent. Being incapable to endure the unchanging pain and untold torcher meted out by Mukesh against me and our young kids, I acquiesced for the same without inquiring for any alimony. therefore a divorce on mutual consent was filed by us before the family court in Chennai in the year 2009. However Mukesh did not appear in the Court for numerous hearings whereas I traveled down from abroad each time for the court hearings. subsequent due to his reliable nonattendance, the divorce appeal on mutual basis was removed by me in the year 2010. then Mukesh has not dispatched me any notice or petition for divorce.
Taking benefit of my nonattendance in India and without dissolving our wedding ceremony lawfully, Mukesh has committed an illegal proceed of bigamy by marrying another women and as such I am taking all steps both before the municipal and lawless person forums to take essential activity against Mukesh.
