Karthi Opens Up About the Story of Biriyani as a Playboy 

When a star like Karthi and like Venkat Prabh join hands, expectation mount sky high. Apparently,that is what hsa happened to biryani, which is scheduled for mid December release. It is a stylish thriller where Karthi will be seen as a Playboy.

"I am a slick city guy who wears stylish costumes with hairstyle and i will totally look distinctive.There's a change over inclding my body langauge in Biryani which is in line with Venkat Prabhu's signature style. Venkat Prabhu, Premgi, Yuvan Shakar Raja and I studied in the same school and we know each other for a long time. so, the entire shoot for the film was more like a picnic," 

Karthi says excitedly. Biryani is also distinct as it is Yuvan's 100th film as a composer.

"You needn't act too much in Venkat's films. You should always films. You should always be in a relaxed mood and he extracts the realistic performance from us.' 

Karthi quips.



On his co-star Hansika he adds,

"She was rocking. She was always seen in a happy mood," 

on Punjabi actress Mandi Takhar who appears in a crucial segment he said,

 "She surprised us all with her perfect lip sync as she did proper homework rehearsing her Tamil dialogues which she had noted down in Hindi." 

Veteran actor Ramki has been roped in for a key character.

"I have grown up watching Ramki's Movies. it was an unforgettable experience working with him."
