Khushboo feels publicity on idiot-box are to be censored

Khushboo Sundar, well liked actresses/heroines of yesteryears and present days politicians close to the DMK head Karunandihi , has opined that there should to be censorship even for the advertisements aired on TV. “Some advertisements, which are strictly to be aired late in the night, are blatantly aired in the morning and throughout top hours making it humilitating for the parents and elders in the family,” she points out.

Khushboo, who is identically popular on the small computer display as well, states that little computer display (television) boasts a broader canvas to (retired?) actresses as its come to is far beyond that of big-screen (films). “Though movies have sophisticated tremendously, the little computer display too has made fast paces. The tele-serials, although, count on TRP ratings for which the manufacturers are compelled to encompass numerous twists and turns in them.

“It is this commercial compulsion which depicts numerous women as evil-minded on these tele-serials. The public appears to love if a woman is shown strong-willed (despite the negative shades in her feature) and is shown to be ready to proceed to any extent in order to achieve her objectives. We shall stop displaying women in such roles when the public stops loving such individual features on-screen.

“I seem that all the programmes and advertisements aired on TV should invariably be censored. The advertisements which are relayed in between overs in cricket corresponds, which are observed in gigantic numbers by young kids and juvenile juvenile men, should to be censored thoroughly,” opines Khushboo.
